Terms of Service

Plain-English v1 terms for an early-stage product. These will be replaced by a lawyer-reviewed document before broader launch.

What OfferLoop is

OfferLoop is a practice tool for interview preparation. You use it to simulate interviews with an AI. It is not a recruiting service, not a placement agency, and does not guarantee any job, offer, or outcome.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for your own interview preparation.
• Do not attempt to use the service to cheat on a live interview in real time. Using AI assistance during an actual live interview without disclosure is typically against the interviewing company's policies and we will not help you do it.
• Do not scrape, abuse, or attempt to extract bulk data from the service.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from Billing → Manage subscription at any time.
• The Week Pass is a one-time purchase for 7 days of full access. No auto-renewal.
• Refunds: if something is broken or you're dissatisfied in the first 7 days, email support@tryofferloop.com and we'll refund. After 7 days, refunds are discretionary.
• Prices may change. We'll email you before the next renewal if we raise yours.

Content ownership

• You own everything you put into OfferLoop: resumes, job descriptions, transcripts, code.
• We receive a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.
• You can delete all of your content at any time from Settings.

Third-party content

The service may surface content from third parties (e.g. LeetCode problem statements) for your practice. That content remains the property of its source. We display it to you on a personal-prep basis only. If you're a rights-holder and believe your content is being used improperly, email support@tryofferloop.com and we'll address it promptly.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is." AI-generated feedback may be wrong, biased, or miss things. Use your own judgment. We are not responsible for interview outcomes, hiring decisions, or career consequences.

Termination

You can cancel and delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that abuse the service — we'll email you if we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
